The radio transceiver finally works on the arduino.

There are many things that still need to be optimized, but basically
it works just fine.

My weekend is already booked, so I suggest we do the radio lab at my
studio next Wednesday evening starting at 6pm. I'll show the entire
class how to use the radios the following Monday.
