[CART360] Reminder for Changing the RF Radio code to not work with RX-TX

The code was changed and tested successfully. The revised version is
on the website at the same URL.
If I remember correctly, the wire going to Digital0 now goes to
Digital2 and the wire going to Digital1 now goes to Digital7.
Similarly, the optional debug LED that was connected to Digital2 is
now connected to Digital6.

Please refer to the revised datasheet for the new pinout.
