Technical documentation means a recipe for reproducing your project.
It doesn't have to be super detailed. You might want to include photos
of the building process as well as issues that you have experienced
while developing your project. Something like
http://www.instructables.com/home is totally valid as a platform for
your technical documentation. A blog form is also a good way to show
the progress of the implementation...
